By purchasing from ReliveGear you agree to these terms. Prices and availability are shown in good faith and may change; a device is only sold once payment is completed in store or by arranged shipping. All devices are pre-owned unless clearly marked new, and are sold as described with the condition and warranty stated on each listing.

Device readiness

Buyers are responsible for ensuring any prior accounts (iCloud / Google) are removed and are advised to back up data before purchase or trade-in. ReliveGear is not responsible for data left on returned or traded devices.

Warranty scope

The 30-day warranty covers hardware defects, not accidental or liquid damage. See Returns & Warranty.
