30-day warranty

Every device sold by ReliveGear includes a 30-day warranty covering hardware defects that are not the result of accidental damage (drops, liquid, cracked screens after purchase).

Returns

If a device you bought develops a covered hardware fault within 30 days, bring it back with your receipt for a free repair, a replacement of equal value, or a full refund — your choice. Devices must be returned in the condition sold, with no new physical or liquid damage and with any activation locks removed.

How to start a return
